Mt. Baker Research L.L.C. ProductsCeramic PlatesThe prices listed below are subject to the availability of the plates. We receive many plates that are unusable because of surface defects. We do not supply defective plates. To maintain our high standard of quality we clean and inspect all plates before accepting them. Following non-destructive machine washing we dry the plates in a warm, circulating air bath and inspect them for defects. To date we have processed 2,000 plates with this method. For several problematic varieties only 15% passed our acceptance criteria. We ship each plate in a resealable laboratory-grade polyethylene bag.
