Diagnostic Tile Sets

Profiling Tile Set, Tiles T1 - T16. (The Diagnostic Set is very similar to the Profiling Set. The Diagnostic Set uses different sequencing and includes 4 new color standards. The actual contents of Diagnostic Sets A and B are listed in the manual and the companion product page.)

Diagnostic Tile Sets A and B contain reduced translucency color standards. We developed these sets for testing and color managing large- and small-aperture spectrophotometers. Set A includes one ultra-white semi-glossy color standard. We recommend Set A as an extended color gamut, reduced translucency upgrade to the Ceram Series II tiles.

The color standards in Diagnostic Tile Set A and the test procedures described in the instruction manual support the following applications: (1) Instrument diagnostics and validation. (2) Assessment of inter-instrument agreement. (3) Performance tracking.

Diagnostic Tile Set B enables licensed users of Set A and CyberChrome's OnColor Profiler® software to upgrade to color managing instruments through profiling. (Note: To implement profiling CyberChrome's OnColor Profiler® software must be purchased separately.)

Each Diagnostic Tile Set includes 16 2x2-inch glossy color standards, 16 soft optical pads, a re-sealable plastic storage case, instructions for cleaning and maintenance, a serialized certificate of ownership, and a CD disk that contains typical spectral reflectance data.
